Bring-your-own-agent outreach infrastructure

Your agent decides the outreach. Maxon SDR executes it.

Maxon SDR supplies the prospect data, sending domains and mailboxes, scheduler, inbox, audit trail and meter. Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP-capable client does the targeting, list review, message writing and reply analysis.

How it works

Agent → MCP → approve → send → reply

One loop, five moves. Your agent makes the decisions; Maxon SDR carries them out with rules, records and limits.

  1. 01 / Agent

    Agent

    Decide

Your own Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or other MCP-capable client picks the segment, chooses prospects, writes the message and drafts follow-ups.

  2. 02 / MCP

    MCP

    Connect

The Maxon SDR cloud MCP exposes authorised tools to search prospects, build campaigns, read replies and submit actions. Workflow rules live in the local skill; data stays behind the workspace credential.

  3. 03 / Approve

    Approve

    Review

Submitted campaigns land in the approval queue with the submitted copy and its context. Human approval is the default; auto-send is a per-workspace choice.

  4. 04 / Send

    Send

    Deliver

Maxon SDR stores the campaign rules, materialises due steps and sends from your workspace mailboxes. Dedupe, unsubscribe, suppression and quota checks run again at send time.

  5. 05 / Reply

    Reply

    Continue

Replies land in the Maxon SDR inbox against the right thread, and the remaining sequence steps stop. Your agent reads pending replies and proposes the next move.

What you get

The infrastructure half of cold outbound

Maxon SDR deliberately does not write or personalise email. It handles the durable, regulated work around the copy your agent already wrote.

  • Prospect data without the spreadsheet

Search and reveal through MCP while unlocked prospects stay attached to the workspace. A credit is spent on a first-time reveal only; repeat reveals are not charged again.

  • Sending domains and mailboxes

Maxon SDR manages the sending infrastructure your plan includes: mailbox records, verification state and the send path through Postal.

  • Scheduler and send queue

Campaign rules are durable server-side state. Due steps leave the queue on time, even when your laptop is closed.

  • Approval queue and auto-send

Review submitted campaigns before they send by default, or enable auto-send for a workspace once its rules are proven.

  • Inbox and reply capture

Inbound replies create threads against the campaign and stop the remaining sequence for that recipient.

  • Audit trail and meter

Every outbound email traces to the credential that submitted it, the approver, the queue entry and the delivery result. Credits reconcile against a ledger.

Pricing

Paid plans, sized by outbound volume

Starter, Growth and Scale are the plans. The numbers below come from the same plan configuration the app bills against — not a separate marketing spreadsheet.

Starter

starter

$39per month

  • 1,000 included credits per month
  • 3 mailboxes
  • 200 sends per day
Choose Starter

Growth

growth

$99per month

Choose Growth

Scale

scale

$299per month

  • 25,000 included credits per month

Credits are consumed once per first-time prospect reveal, never for a repeat reveal of the same address in a workspace.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you connect

Do I need my own AI agent?

Yes. Maxon SDR does not run a hosted agent for you. You bring Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP-capable client and connect it to the Maxon SDR MCP.

Does Maxon SDR write my emails?

No. Your agent authors every message and follow-up. Maxon SDR validates, queues, sends and records what your agent submits.

What works when my laptop is closed?

Scheduled sending does. Campaign rules live in Maxon SDR and the queue sends due steps without your machine. Anything that needs your agent to think again waits for your agent to reconnect.

How do credits work?

One credit reveals one first-time prospect email address in a workspace. Revealing the same address again in that workspace does not charge another credit.

Is Maxon SDR a general email marketing platform?

No. It is infrastructure for B2B outbound prospecting: prospect data, sending, scheduling, inbox, audit and metering. It is not for newsletters, drip marketing or transactional bulk email.

Why not keep stitching together Apollo, Instantly and a spreadsheet?

Keep your agent as the decision layer and replace the glue. Maxon SDR gives the agent one authorised MCP surface over the data, sending, scheduler, inbox and meter.
